TRADITIONAL CONVEYOR BELTING

Traditional conveyor belts are layers of fabric laminated together with layers either PVC, Polyurethane, or Rubber.  These belts are found in applications including food, logistics, parts manufacturing, recycling, tobacco, and more.  These belts can be heavily fabricated with lacing, cleats, sidewalls, tracking v-guides, etc.

Heavy duty rubber belts are designed for the toughest applications such as aggregate processing, recycling, mining, etc. These belts can be laced or vulcanized endless on site. They could be smooth or have integral cleats manufactured into the belt or welded after the fact. 

Just like kids building blocks, but for industrial automation!  Plastic modular belting are injection molded plastic parts that fit together to form a robust conveyor belt.  These belts are most often found in food processing, corrugated box manufacturing, logistics, and car washes. They're very popular in curve applications like demonstrated above. 

Rather than having layers of fabric, homogenous belts contain just one thing- high grade polyurethane.  These belts are used in the most sensitive food applications such as raw beef processing due to their superior cleanability.
